I recently went to Master Tiles my experience was good overall Abbas was very helpful throughout the time very humble person. I must say prices are too high for bathroom compare to other market prices I am talking about very well known companies and good quality too. Fitter I had was very expensive too and very slow with his work schedule before the job he was so good I do this and that for you but when it actually came to doing it he was always in bad mood 😒 not willing to do what actually customer wants. I was quite disappointed in him the way he handle my bathroom job. He has made huge unnecessary mess in the house no care for others property what so ever not professional no work ethics at all. He used to start work at 11:30 while we were away and coming back home at 4 or 5 nothing was done 1st few times we noticed and ignored then I asked him what do you really do behind us he had no answer. No timing patterns at all. My advise to everyone be careful with that fitter before the work he is all lovely and kind but as soon he takes his money he is different person. I have no contract signed with him another mistake I made. I have no work warranty like we do with other companies. Now he is ghosted each time I contact him either no respond or he will ask for money over and over even for the same job he just finished and he left some error or incomplete and we try to contact him 1st thing comes out his mouth money and money. I honestly have no problem going back at Master tiles and buying bathroom tiles or etc they been good so far with me but could have been more specific about their fitters they suggest. If I go with my experience with fitter how he handled my job I would give one star. Show More

Absolutely impressed with the customer service, went out of his way to provide me with all options over the phone for convenience. Never pushy to buy something and very knowledgeable in this area. Honestly Abbas and Omar are absolute legends. Every time that I’ve visited the store to enquire and most recently purchase cladding, tiles, shower parts and bath parts they have been nothing but amazing. Professional, polite and well educated in all things bathroom related. They have good recommendations, are definitely well priced and straight forward.
